Hourigan Construction is a full-service construction management company with operations throughout the Southeast. With over two decades of experience, the Hourigan team has earned an enviable reputation for strategic collaboration, managing complex projects and delivering them to achieve the Owner’s goals including on time and on budget.

Hourigan believes that their scope of responsibility begins prior to breaking ground with consultative work including design assist services, value engineering, site analysis, capital outlay forecasting, and more. The utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology allows Hourigan to achieve exacting precision in preconstruction, as well as on site, benefiting clients with a greater certainty of cost, schedule, and quality.

With 6 employees as LEED Accredited Professionals, 7 employees as members of the U.S. Green Building Counsel, and 4 employees members of the International Living Building Institute, Hourigan is committed to green building and implements these practices into projects at every opportunity. They have previously constructed five LEED certified Naval Facilities in Norfolk and Virginia Beach and the LEED certified AECOM Regional Office in downtown Norfolk.
